| Will my wired SmartQ sensors work with your new data loggers? | Yes, the wired SmartQ sensors have been in production since January 2000 and will work with our current data loggers, which are the V-Hub and V-Log range of data loggers. |
| Can I make my current SmartQ sensors Bluetooth? | Yes, if you purchase or have a V-Hub or V-Log data logger with Bluetooth, you can plug your wired SmartQ sensors into this to make them Bluetooth. Please note: The V-Hub data logger is USB and Bluetooth as standard. The V-Log data loggers have USB, but the Bluetooth is an optional extra. |
| I have an old Data Harvest data logger and it has stopped working. Can you fix it? | If the data logger is older than 7 years, then it is beyond economical repair. However, you may be able to make it work by charging it for at least 1 hour, and/or performing a hard reset of the data logger; if this is available, it will tell you how to do this on the label on the base of the data logger. |
| What is the main difference between the V-Hub and V-Log data loggers? |
V-Hub data loggers https://store.data-harvest.co.uk/v-hub-sensor-link The V-Hub range of data loggers must be connected to a device (PC, Phone, or tablet etc) to work; it is not a stand-alone data logger. V-Log data loggers https://store.data-harvest.co.uk/v-log The V-Log range of data loggers will work as stand-alone data loggers, and you can see the readings in a digital format, but to see them as a graph and analyse the readings you do need a device (PC, Phone, or tablet etc). When the V-Hub or V-Log range of data loggers are attached to a device, they work identically. |

| Does the Vu+ 5 pack (2305PK5) include a charging tray? | Yes, this product includes 5 x Vu+ data loggers, 5 x Vu Temperature sensors, 5 x USB Leads and a charging tray. |
| Should I use the EasySense app or the EasySense2 app? | If you are only using Windows devices, we would recommend the EasySense app. If you are using a mixture of platforms, e.g., PC and iPad and Chromebook etc then we would recommend the EasySense2 app. |

| How many Bluetooth sensors can I link via Bluetooth to a device at once? | You can link up to 5 Bluetooth sensors at once to a device, or a mixture of Bluetooth data loggers and Bluetooth sensors, but no more than 5 at once. |
