|Part-time Accounts Administrator||Our current Accounts Administrator is relocating, therefore a replacement is needed. The position is part-time, 24 hours per week, hours negotiable, and we would ideally like someone to start as soon as possible.
The role will suit an organised and proactive individual with book keeping and administration experience. The successful candidate will have good IT skills and preferably have knowledge of Microsoft Navision (NAV), but training will be given. Reporting to and assisting the Company Accountant, the duties will include all aspects of book keeping such as reconciling and inputting purchase invoices, paying suppliers, bank reconciliation, and credit control. Accuracy is a most important aspect of this role.
The ideal candidate will also have good communication and telephone skills, and be willing to assist in all aspects of office administration if necessary. The ability to adapt to change and willingness to work in a team is vital.
